Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the DayBar: Widgets app for iOS (“DayBar”, “the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Who offers the app

DayBar is published under the QuietApps brand and offered by Daria Kovalchuk, who holds the Apple Developer account the app is distributed from and receives the proceeds of any purchases made in the app. References to “we” and “us” in these terms mean that party.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DayBar on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. Where these terms are silent, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

Free version

The free version of DayBar includes one Time Progress widget and one Countdown widget with the free themes and fonts. We may change what is included in the free version over time.

DayBar Pro subscriptions and purchases

DayBar offers optional DayBar Pro access via auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly, yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions).
  • The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew.
  • All billing is handled by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the app in violation of applicable law.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. Countdown and time-progress information is provided for convenience and should not be relied on for critical timing.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always available on this page.
