Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all iOS applications published by Vadym Dehterov under the QuietApps brand (“the Apps”). By downloading or using any of the Apps, you agree to these terms.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps, and you may not distribute them or make them available to third parties.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Some Apps may offer in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions. All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

Disclaimer

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not guarantee that the Apps will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Apps.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the updated terms.
