How do I add a widget to my Home Screen?
Open DayBar and create a widget first, then go to your Home Screen. Touch and hold an empty area until the apps jiggle, tap Edit in the top-left corner (or the + button on older iOS versions), search for DayBar, pick a size, and tap Add Widget.
How do I add a widget to my Lock Screen?
Touch and hold your Lock Screen, tap Customize, choose the Lock Screen, then tap the widget area below the clock. Search for DayBar and pick a widget.
I have several countdowns. How do I choose which one a widget shows?
Touch and hold the Countdown widget on your Home Screen, tap Edit Widget, and pick the event you want.
Why is my widget not updating?
iOS refreshes widgets on its own schedule, so a change can take a few minutes to appear. Opening DayBar asks iOS to refresh right away. If a widget is still stale, remove it from the Home Screen and add it again. Low Power Mode also slows widget updates.
How do I restore my purchases?
Reinstalled the app or switched to a new iPhone? Open DayBar, go to the Pro screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy DayBar Pro.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the app. Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose DayBar, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
How do I request a refund?
All purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple as well. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the DayBar purchase, and choose Request a refund. Apple decides on each request according to its App Store policies.
Where is my data stored?
Everything stays on your device. DayBar has no accounts and never uploads your events, settings, or photos. See the privacy policy for details.
